im pretty sure if some joint or appendages are in pain something in your form is wrong and the only way to prevent further injuries is to fix your form.

Here are my injuries for this year:

>Patella tendonopathy (right knee) (16wks so far)
>Minor planta fascia (doesn't hurt, but taking a long time to go away)
>Sport Hernia (Right Side groin)

My left clavicle sort of protrudes from my shoulder and clicks pretty badly. When you relax my shoulder sort of rolls forward and to lift I roll it into "back position". Fuck

clicking isn't really an issue.
If you start to feel 'clunking' or 'grinding' then it may be problematic.

if this protusion is recent, there is a possibility it could be sternoclavicular hyperostosis see pic related.

Dude, its not cool to troll an injury thread.

I fucked my wrist for nearly 2.5 months after fucking up a hang clean, no pulling, no pressing, nothing but squats in that time.

Last week was halfway through my third intensity week of smolov. I managed to pull my back badly with what turned out to be a minor form issue that nobody had noticed.

Not being a fatass doesn't fix anything. It wouldn't fix my wrist faster and it sure as hell wouldn't get me back squatting faster.


Fuck. I put 80 pounds on my squat since the start of the semester, and now more than likely I won't be doing anything but flat back bench and curls for a month.
