6ft0 190 lbs down from 240 since mid august. Last time I got your bf% checked was two months ago and I was 29% at 215 lbs. I'm assuming that I'm mid to low 20's now.

I lift three times a week and do cardio everyday with higher intensity on off days.
I know I've lost some muscle mass but I've been seeing improvement with my lifts. Also on a e/c stack while averaging 1200 kcal a day.

Fatass on a cut, 6 weeks in. I quit smoking, have been eating clean and doing SL 3x a week, and cardio 3x a week. I really want to get back in shape and play club rugby again. I miss competing in something and the friends it brings.

6', top is 270 and bottom is 253. Taking pics to track the change. It's hard to see any difference but my gut looks less bloated i guess
