>"hey guys how bad is drinking this other sugar water that isn't soda but totally is the same thing. I can drink it because it's not soda right?"
It's like you didn't even read the contents.
>>34900168
slightly worse in sugar iirc, check the labels. but the name makes me happy

If you are looking for a healthier option for your *teeth* then, go with that. The sugar is still shit but no carbonation is much better for them.
If you are doing it for a healthier body, water is all you need.

Carbonation doesn't do anything to your teeth. It's the acidity of the soda. Even the sugar isn't really that bad compared to how acidic most sodas are.
Any thoughts on Sparkling ICE? This stuff sort of sneaked into my life over the summer. Haven't touched it since September though.

Carbonation is carbonic acid.
>>34901538
And yet it is literally harmless. All it will do is disproportionate into carbon dioxide and water.
>>34901538
My bad, forgot about carbonic acid. From what I gather it's pretty low in carbonated drinks though. Mainly I was talking about phosphoric acid and citric acid that ultimately brings sodas like Coke down to a 2-3 ph. Mythbusters did a segment on it. Neat stuff.
It's like 99% sugar, it's still bad as fuck for you.

Good stuff right there, just drink in moderation you wouldn't want to get that there cancer, now would you?

Say it to my face you little shit.
