I will say he trained to much he was freakishly fast and low in body fat. His kicking technique was legendary, but he probably wouldn't do well in mma.
He won an amateur boxing match once. I think it was against an amature champ or he won a tournament. He could beat up a chump or most traditional MAs.

Was Bruce Lee some kind of superhuman? Fuck no, but he pushed the limits of the human body. Could he beat a skilled modern MMA fighter who had a height and weight advantage on him? Probably not, but that doesn't mean he's bad at fighting or didn't accomplish a lot.

He ran 6+ miles and did his martial art daily. He lifted 3 days a week and got his squat to 400 pounds. There are videos of him doing 2 finger 1 arm push ups like they're nothing. He invented the dragon flag, one of the hardest abdominal exercises even today.
