Been doing Reg Park's for 2 months now. Please suggest areas where I should exercise more.

SQ - 135lbs
BP - 115lbs
OHP - 70lbs
DL - 180lbs (is this 2pl8?)
Row - 70lbs

5'9"
71.5kg

Bulking atm for obv reasons. Idk my 1RMs as I feel kinda scared.

Judge me, be frank, don't hold back. Thanks!

good for you laddy.

keep at it.

that dl is not 2pl8.

135lb is 1pl8.
225lb is 2pl8.

you should know.... you're the one loading the pl8s on the bar darling.
>>
>>34897857
The plates loaded were a couple of 20lbs so I couldn't determine. Thanks man. :)
>>
>>34897642
1 plate would is 135
the bar, typically, is 45 pounds, plus the 90 pounds (two 45 lb plates)
you should be able to figure out 2pl8 and so forth

Just keep lifting OP. You aren't going to see a whole lot of progress from just two months.

Not OP but... I've been lifting for a year, 6 months fullbody 3 times a week then PPL. Would it be a good idea to hop on reg parks beginer to up my strength? Would I put on much size assuming I'm eating on a surplus?
>>
Post a picture with your arms down, you seem completely pecless in this picture.
>>
>>34897911
Alright, thanks man.
>>
>>34897928
My pecs are small though I've noticed progress in strength. In two weeks, I benched from 90lbs to 120lbs. I'm going to take a while with strength training in order to have proper stability when doing rows and dead lifts. I'll be needing a good hypertrophy routine too.
>>
>>34897642
Brah I know you are eager to get more gains, but seriously you just started and your progress so far seems fine so don't change things up, really. Milk those gains until you are even stronger and can't progress on the routine any more. It will benefit you a lot later on. If some part lacks minimally it's no biggie, a few months ago you were probably a skinnyfag so you look better than before and don't have to worry while things go well.

Comment appreciated, man. Thanks!

225/45=5

That seems like a lopsided deadlift.

To each their own, though.

> doing 220lbs bench
> can't OHP 30lbs
how is that even possible? even with perfect form your shoulders should get stronger just by benching alone

not that guy but if anything, pullups helped my OHP far more than bench press.
>>
>>34897914
no
go PHUL and go really hard on strength days especially if you're eating in surplus.

this.arnold said you should do at least 50 pullups in a session else your back workout is incomplete. he would never do 5x5 pullups.
