If you're proficient in both lifts, you can usually power clean just slightly less than you can bench press.

How can i get better with power cleans without a coach? Right now i can do 155 but im basically reverse curling it with momentum. Im not sure how i would throw the weight up and catch it without breaking my collar bones or fingers.

then practice with it from the rack/cage and work on wrist flexibility. It's not too bad if you get it wrong when you're using lightweights, i've hit my neck and collar bones a couple times. all part of the learning process
