>2050
>doing your squats in the gym
>some full body replacement prosthetic cyborg comes walking in
>benches 1000 pounds 20 times
>runs 2 minute mile on the track
Who will even try to be Natty when you can just buy your way into powerful perfect body?
idk you can pretty much do that now with drugs, just not as extreme. most people don't use PED's because they're expensive, illegal for the most part and unnecessary for regular living. also why the fuck would you go to the gym if you were a cyborg?
>>34885603
I'd go to a natty gym where robo-fags are prohibited. There's bound to be some. If not, I'd open one.
>>34886158
You'd have to train the parts that aren't robotic. Also to masturbate your ego.
>>34885603
>why be natty when you can just buy your way into powerful perfect body
Because natty prevents my body from being hacked. All that strength can't protect your eyes, Batou.
-Togusa
Nigga this ain't Deus Ex.
>>34885603
Why would to accelerate amortisation of your cyborg prosthetics by going to the gym?
Also, when is that the beta for that GitS shooter starting for US/EU?
>>34886208
>Training the parts that aren't robotic
>Benching 1000
Are you daft or something.
>not full cyborg
Stay jelly poor fags.
Lifting is a tool to improve my adaptability and appearance. If there were a better tool already, I'd already use it.
>>34886550
Yet. We've already got prostheses that outperform human limbs in some applications.
>>34886541
>implying I would be foolish enough to install WiFi or any other radio interface in my precious new body
>implying anyone would ever get close enough to plug into me
shiggy diggy familia
>>34886701
Didn't it start like two months ago?
>>34885603
isn't this great?
I'm already lifting for many years and I am afraid that in about 10-15 years my strength will start to slowly decline
but instead of seeing how I slowly become a piss weak useless fuck I can use bioengineering and prosthetic replacement to preserve and further improve my strength
Seriously, in 20 years, youll
>>34886701
>amortisation
cyborg prosthetics aren't intangible assets you mong. they'd depreciate.
>>34887880
Magnets, senpai
When will they learn?
Natty 4 life
>>34888269
IN 20 YEARS ILL WHAT?
I hope we could have an Ubermensch Olympics where augmented athletes compete. Would be pretty cool to see cyborgs and genetically modified humans compete at a ridiculous level.
>>34885603
Why would a cyborg workout?
Aren't his limitations pretty much set from factory and the material he was created from?
>>34886748
Why aren't you using your mom's dragon dildo senpai?
>>34888269
still be banging your mum m8
>>34888469
Maybe to improve the neural connection between CNS and the augment? Just as when you exercise it improves your nervous functions, maybe there would be an analogous phenomenon with man-machine interfaces. Basically the more you use it the more responsive it becomes.
>>34888469
To make cyborg bunnies mire his augmentations
>>34888528
So could a cyborg be natty?
My dream is to submit myself to experimental testing around 2050 when I'm 60 and become a cyborg
>Implying there will still be a humanity after 2020
Only shitskins an sandniggers will still be alive senpai.
Humanity will fall back to pre-historic times

What anime is that?
>>34891629
wun punch man
>>34886747
you have to train the mind-prosthesis connection, bro, just like kai green says
>>34888553
so like fallout?
>>34885603
The way the world is now, and considering how strong the "acceptance" movement is becoming for pretty much anything, by 2050 or so every Gym will be like Planet Fitness, only somehow worse.
As for prosthetic/enhancements, after we passed 2015 without real hoverboards, I learnt to only wish by the centuries, never decades.
1984 and Brave New World are frowned upon /lit/, but I think we could learn things from these books here.
>>34885603
Sorry OP, but genetic engineering and man made mutation are the only way to go. Maybe give an arm for dem laser beams, but that's that
>>34892233
Prosthetic technology is driven by war. It has made a huge leap in only a decade thanks to the abundant supply of maimed American soldiers.
Before the War on Terror. Prosthesis were crude passive unpowered devices. After, they are mind controlled powered devices.
