I've been doing body-weight pull ups for quite some time now. With the pull ups I can't get past 13.
I do pull ups every other day, I usually try 5x6 and can't finish, start doing 3 or 2 pull ups by the 4th set.
Can anyone recommend me a good pull up program? I really want to pass my maximum of 13 push ups.
I've tried googling for better programs but all I find is clickbait trash. Thanks.

I remember the first fitness video I ever watched was Scooby´s pull up vid. Probably still useful. Search it.

Delay the momentum of the pullup, control your weight more. Make sure youre going full arms extension down. Widen your grip. Thats what i did and i improved dramatically.

Look up kipping pull up, there's some great x-fit vids on it.
Got me to 50+ easily.
Deadlifts, rows, chinups etc

I did Grease the Groove for pull ups. Take your max pull ups and times it by 4. So 13x4=52
So you need to do 52 pull ups everyday but do them throughout the day.
For example, when I was stuck at 3 I did 12 a day.
Choose an easy number you can do. For me I started there at 1 every hour. Doesn't matter if you do it all at once but as long as you put in the numbers.
I did GTG for 1 month after rotator cuff injuries and went from 0-7. I would do the pull ups for 11 days, rest 2 days and day 14 would be our SEAL PST. After each PST I started the cycle again with whatever new max I scored during the test. If done right you should almost double your pull ups every 2 weeks

I'd try that if it wasn't extremely inconvenient, I don't own a pull up bar and the one I use is too far for going back and forth.
I think I'll go with the 50 pull up website. I watched the recommended videos and this website looks the most relevant to me.

I didn't know what kipping pull ups are and fell for the bait.. Considered doing it, but after some more googling realized I had been tricked.
