I feel you guys, I'm not even 18 BMI and my weight actually went down while lifting so far

Plus I'm at college so I walk all fucking day, which means I eat 4 or 5 meals a day with chocolate milk with almost every meal and it's still not enough for gainz.

I'm on campus too, I'm sure if I didn't walk so much and lift 4 times a week I'd be at my goal weight of 145 by now. Eating 3-4 times a day at the campus cafeteria, but I've been 132 for a couple months now.

I started at 125lbs now I'm 155. Took about 6 1/2 months and I walk 3-5 miles a day since school stated. What helped me was buying almonds in bulk and chocolate covered espresso beans and eatting them on the way to school.

Yes, home doesnt work unless you get everything you need to do barbells. Gym makes you disciplined and willing to surpass others.
Drink a protein shake after a meal, its easy to force down. Use chocolate milk if water/milk with protein make you want to puke. Just go, I tried home gym and it didnt work for shit.
