deadlift : 3x163kg
squat : 4x100kg
ohp : 5x50kg
bench : (i am working out at home so i don't have those that keep the barbell, so i only use dumbells) 8x33kg each dumbell (haven't tried max).

Right now i have a 2day AB routine for upper body (i am skipping leg days for about 5 months cause i had a job where i didn't had power for squats afterwards and it was also 6/7) :

A : lateral raises: 6x10
barbell row: 1 warm up and 7x10,12
bench press dumbbells : 1 warm up and 6x8
dumbbells flyes : 5x12

B: deadlifts: 2 warm up sets and then 5x5.
ohp or dumbbell press: 1 warm up and 6x10
hammer curls : 4x12
seated curls : 4x8
skullcrushers: 4x10
behind head triceps: 4x8

Don't. This guy looks like this after more than 3 years of lifting - granted he looks great but you can do that in less than half that time. His lifts prove that his routine is shit. I've been on Reg Park's 5x5 for two months now and I shoulder oress only 5kg less than OP, and I'm an inch shorter and a bit lighter than him too

First things first. Every rep i have done all these years everything was in my apartment in a room 2x2.Every weight i ahave it was bought when i had the money.For example for the first 6 months everything i got was 2 dumbbells with 12kg each.Thats why i wasn't doing that routine 3 years.Thats my routine now and about 1-1.5 years back. And i also live in greece.With the basic mothly wage at about 450-500 euros.Except from that i am drinking ALOT and when i say a lot i mean it of alcohol almost every day, i smoke A LOT of tobacco, i smoke a lot of weed, the time i am going to sleep is awful (this period i am sleeping 7 in the mornign with 5 at the afternoon) and my meals are whatever my mother is cooking (it is very often meat cause of me but i have run out of whey and i can't afford to buy another one at least for now).

-Now with all these settled, i don't find deadlifting 2.x bodyweight for 5x5 twice a weak is not good.

-ohp i have stalled there.I was doing same weight 1.5 years ago for sure and then i replaced it with dumbbells press which i do 6 sets of 10 reps with 22kg every dumbbell.

-Squats.I haven't done a lot of squats.i have squatting for about a year+ .I am putting the bar into 2 ikea bookcases and on top of that in every side there is a stack of books where on top goes the bar.We are talking about danger :P. Because of that and because its dangerous i can't push a lot and of course i cant do pr's cause if i don't make it i am breaking my back or my floor :P.

-bench. I am currently doing bench 32-33kg each dumbbell 6 or 7 sets of 8. You know very well that if you do for example (both of them ) 70kg in dumbbells for sure you can do 80 or even 90 with barbell.I haven't tried that.But i know and you know that the weight in benching its far more difficult with dumbbells.If that analogy is correct and i can do 90kg bench how isn't that good?

5'8, 152 lbs havent lifted in over a year due to mono. Used to be really into powerlifting and was strong as hell, but now I'm squatting 185 for a 1RM and everything has gone to shit.

This time around I want to train and eat for a leaner, more aesthetic look, and I'm wondering where I should go from here. Maintain weight and train, or cut to a lower bf% and then slow bulk a bit?

My body fat is higher in real life than it seems in this pic, its very flattering lighting so take it with a grain of salt.

Try do some pause reps. Try different grip spots. Try to squeeze your chest. Try more reps. Focus more on your muscle, instead of the weights.
