Let me see if I got this right.
Here's the nutritional info for 200ml (a glass) of fat free milk I bought:
>10g of carbs
>6g of proteins
>1g of fats
>relevants amounts of vitamins and nutrients
>70 calories
So, let's say I have 20 glasses of these a day. I'll be taking 200g of carbs, 120g of protein, 20g of fat. And that's only 1400 calories. Of course, 20 glasses of milk mean 4 liters of it considering 200ml = 1 glass, so I'll be full for the entire day. So tell me, /fit/, would there be anything wrong in doing this as to lose weight? Why not just drink fat free milk and forget all your problems?

My whole life I never had any relevant sources of iron, vitamin C and some other nutrients, so I don't give a fuck.
