I'm extremely weak and skelly, I can't even bench, squat or deadlift the bar alone. What exercises could I do to be able to strong enough to lift the bar?

Make sure you are already looking into good and proper technique

Start with pushups (knees if you have to) or light DBs

you should just eat, that is the main focus and then later start doing BW exercises

I was like you, still do those exercises but use those twenty lb things. Make sure you are eating tons and that you make an attempt to progress from week to week. I went from a bench of 20 to 205 in a year. If it helps you, I was 6'1 147 going to 205 in a little under a year.
you cant pick 45lbs up off the ground?
