Fukken lol@ having a leg day. I train 3 times a week and squat 2 training sessions out of 3 and deadlift on the other. Will switch to 3 when I need more volume.

I've stopped doing any leg workouts that involve glutes. My legs barely grow anyway but my ass blows up the second I eat any kind of surplus.
I don't even get it. My legs don't get tired, and I squat 315 x 3. Is this still not enough? I don't understand these facebook memes.

Every day is leg day. Or every other day. Whatever. Saturday I did front squats and deadlifts. Yesterday I tried to bike to the store, and nearly fell off after three blocks.
