>Be 205 pounds on Saturday
>Had been eating at a deficit, eating 1800-2000 calories a day
>Walk 1-3 miles each day
>End up eating some 5-6000 calories
>Following day eat about 2200-2400 calories
>Wake up today
>Weigh myself
>215 pounds
>mfw even though I know weight can fluctuate a lot, it feels like a month of progress has been erased in two days
This is just a fluctuation r-right? I'll be back down to 205 in a few days, yea?

I have the exact opposite problem. Eat as much as I can everyday. Go from like 185 to 188 over a couple weeks. Don't eat very much for 2 days in a row. Weigh in at 182

Should be yeah. It'll be ok. My friend's a bulimic and her weight flactuates by kilograms. Me as well, one day I weigh 58, other 64. Most of it is probably crap mate.
>Be 155
>eat a 500cal deficit 30 days
>3 or 4 nonconsecutive days 2000cal
>Exercise and weights everyday
>160
I fucking hope so anon

I hope so too, m8s. I fucking hate how much my weight can fluctuate. Makes me feel like shit when it's abnormally high.

Watch this video if you're losing weight.
You're fine. If I have a break day or two I get a bit of extra weight that goes away. Honestly probably water weight... or you need to take a dump... probably both

That was 2 days of eating wrong.
But you will eat right, pretty much everyday for the rest of your life, right? That's what it takes to be fit, so let that soak in. Everyday, the rest of your life.
Now, considering you will be eating right, everyday for the rest of your life, give or take a few fuckups here and there, does it make any sense for you to worry about 2 days of bad diet?
The bigger problem isn't the two days, it's that you're not thinking right. If you are thinking right, then you know that 2 days doesn't mean shit given that you will be eating right everyday for the rest of your life.
