it does get better and its intelligence is within its complex dialog and story, when i refer to it as a book in the sense that there's many themes being conveyed within the anime its like reading mythologies honestly with the varied amount of characters all playing a part, after episode 23 it gets heated as fuck for many episodes to come then it dies down for a little bit after many many episodes in to build up the characters again until where i'm at, which is the climax of the show that is now spiraling outward to the point that its hard to guess what will happen, with every character development there's story progression so don't get bored of the shear amount of dialog
