I've been doing Reg Park's 5x5 for 7 months and have fully read the sticky.
I want a workout to point my body in the direction of becoming a fitness model now that I have a solid foundation, realistic time frame and able to train more.
All I find are shit;

If you are past intermediate strength, a push pull legs is a solid routine.

The first is for beginners and the second is for bodybuilders...
Although, I'd start with the first for about 3 months, then do the second routine in the second link then the first routine.

I've looked at the standards and yes I am past them, although strength isn't my main goal so i dont know if a program made for strength would be beneficial? Unless it doesnt matter and still works
