I have a herniated disc like in said picture, but I still go to the gym. i just focused on more core and low back work now because of this problem. Are you only suffering from back pain or sciatic pain too?
>>
your spilling your disc juices bro

back and sciatic pain. Wouldnt lower back lifts hurt even more?
>>
>>34549075
hehe juices...
>>34549080
do you do a lot of dead lifts? because those will kill lol. but i went to physio therapy for 6 months and herniated disc went back into place.. its back now due to me being careless. what do you do for core exercises?
>>
>>34548975
Probably only bench. Nothing that uses back obviously.

my disc juices can go back into place??

Yeah, I love deadlifts and squats. I do a simple routine for core with some crunches, bicycle kicks and leg raises.

>>34549174
believe it or not but it does XD its not really even juices its a gel type of material lol but as bad as it sounds YOGA is what i had to do with a few other things to set it back. which way is your disc popping out? front or back?
>>

not sure, haven't went for my mri

I have the same problem.
Can no longer squat, deadlift, upright row or military press while standing.

Just focus on exercises where your back has some support, or where it's not too much bent forward or hollowed.

legs - DB lunges, leg press, leg ext, leg curl
delts - simply replace military with seated db
abs - pretty much anything, especially planks, leg raises

lower back is harder to train other than by doing planks, def my weak spot.

Better not being able to squat/diddylift than to be in that kind of pain, imo
But it's bette

well mine was pushing the "gel juices" against my sciatic nerve. i had to do superman's,a weird kind of push ups, and a few other things. and after a few months pain subsided and the gym was home again
>>
Yes but you can only do squats and deadlifts
