Most people just look at muslces in terms if a physique is good or not. Form me the most important things are, bone structure, muslce insertion, their shape and then the size/low bf. That's why I always laugh at people jerking off to Ronaldo's body, while for me it looks like shit. no shoulders, wide waist, a hump.
Pic related has the best physique a man can have, big neck, big traps, narrow core, quite narrow but thick af back, good chest and big arms, flat stomach. You can't ask for more. Of course it's not achievable natty with his height, but those proportions are possible for someone 6 ft or shorter
