why does /fit/ hate on omar isuf so much?
desu i watched his videos and he isnt that bad

Well he's mostly popular because of tall poppy syndrome. His lifts are lame so viewers don't feel threatened, and can "relate"
He's just BS and undeservedly popular that's why I dislike him
Why do people keep going for 400-600 deadlifts? As if their ass development is going to improve that much more than sticking to under 300-400.
Especially when natty, why even bother??? Natty limit won't even let you continue growing muscle past a certain point anyway. I honestly haven't even noticed any size increase in my glutes or quads from when I squatted 225 to 315 for the same reps, hence why I haven't bother going any higher. There was a noticeable difference in leg size going from 1 to 2 plates, but very little difference in 2 to 3 plates. That's natty gains for you, me going for 4 plate it would most likely be all neurological changed and not increase in muscle size.

Not everyone is happy consentrating only on bodybuilding shite
So I often do 355lb for max reps.. best so far is 17. Does that mean I can sumo 600lb soon?
*no, no it doesn't.
Why does this guy think he's worthy of giving advice? He's not even strong.
I thought a guy like him would be able to lift more than that? I'm a dyel and I can deadlift around 315. I feel like I could potentially hit 385 within the next few months. Hasn't this guy been lifting for years?

Did you completely miss the part about the SI joint injury?

>sumo
>legit form
pick one.

12 reps is about 70%-75% of one's 1RM pedning on form. That puts his 385x12 at roughly 550 lbs. That's only 50 lbs away from 600.

yes.
>>37315161
This do you guys just suck at reading comprehension? 385lbs for 12 is not much harder than 405 for 10 and I could deadlift 500lbs long before I could do 405 for 10. At which point my deadlift max was around 540.
>>37313869
Hasn't Omar conventionally deadlifted close to 600 pounds before?
>>37314564
Wrong. The only way to get bigger natty is to get stronger. Ever see a guy with a 600 pound highbar squat have chicken legs? Those who do are the exception, not the rule.
the reason why you haven't grown since adding weight to your squat is probably because you either aren't eating enough, also, a 35 squat ain't shit. Try getting 405x 10 and get back to us I your glute devdevelopment.

There's no such thing as natty limit just diminishing returns

didn't this sand nigger already get to 500? or did he fuck up his back again
