As per the sizing in the OP, I went down 1 size in basket creepers (same as Geo size). Was told geos and basket creepers fit the same (don't have them yet so I'll have to report back). Also I went down 0.5 in welted creepers and definitely could have gone down a full size.

They don't really need any cleaning or care, they sorta just get better as you beat them up. If you absolutely have to, use Lexol cleaner/conditioner for the leather and dish soap or magic eraser for the sole.
