Just restrict calories. 1200 seems to be popular number here, diagnosed anorexics are often well under 1000. Do whatever you feel comfortable with, you already look quite nice (pls b my bf), so don't feel rushed. Use 'myfitnesspal' or something similar to count your calories, avoid shit processed food, and focus on vegetables and fruit.

Why do you eat the pasta? I know how you feel, it's difficult getting the willpower to not eat when hungry (or bored/stressed). What seems to work for me is being mindful of my actions. Mainly, that the long term aesthetic benefits outweigh the momentary satisfaction of eating.
