That's probably due to:
A. The ease of which you can trigger the events
And
B. The variety in said events. Think about it, in Little Snatcher there's your standard foot crushing, butt crush, and even some boob crush. But it's also got more unique events like that thigh thing the waitresses do, and the super blowjob the doll girls do (not to mention the other specialized events from milfs and students).
Writing this out however has made me realize though, that there isn't any vore in this game. Fine by me, because Hebikana smothering stuff is always top tier.
In Shrink High, while it had more of an in-depth story, the encounters were a bit more generic, and there wasn't as much variety. Not to mention you had to do a bit of grinding to see them as well.

Note that Ochiko noticed, and basically unblocked everyone (except kanahebi) in this April in the yumebon vs Seo drama, including hiono. Ochiko stated that this part of block was unintentional (doubtful, though, I'm never heard of twitter accidentally blocking people for you).
And then weird shit happened: Siro_UT blocked kanahebi for no reason, which is why he brought up and explained his side of all the drama.
Frankly, looking at these dramas I think I lost most of my hope in Japanese size community. Seo proved he's an autist by openly humiliating people who privately made bad comments about him to another artist outside (he only knew by the artist telling him so at some point later), and saying shit like "there are some 'self-called serious gts lover' people in this circle who tried to get rid of me, and now they're changing their name to 'giant woman lover'" as if he's being oppressed. (I think Ochiko was slightly on yumebon's side in this drama.); Ochiko and Siro_UT's getting pretty shady too now that this is exposed.
