Are most of us familiar with Morpheus' Twisted series? I've decided that I want to write an installment. I messaged him and got permission, but I'm not quite sure what I want it to be specifically.
If you're not familiar, there's this hereditary thing where in your teens you "twist," essentially turning into a different person (the degree of the change varies randomly) based on whatever you were thinking about at the time of the twist. They always remain humanoid but it can get weird, one character turned into a mermaid and another secondary character turned into a lizard person. People who twist almost always gain personality compulsions and "tricks" (basically shitty versions of superpowers, no one can do anything game changing).
Anyways, I post this on here to ask what feminine archetypes would be interesting to write about someone twisting into? A couple of ideas I've had are

VN anon here from the previous thread. I have some good news.
Although I wasn't able to get my hands on a copy of X-Change Alternative EX like I was hoping to, I was able to find a copy of Futari wa My Angel, which is another Crowd VN I've been hoping would get translated some day.
After a few days tinkering with it, I got a good enough understanding of how the engine works to write a small program that decrypts/encrypts the resource files.
I've since been able to extract the script, edit it, and pack it back into the game (pic related). There's still a few niggling issues to iron out, but from a technical standpoint we are set to make a fan translation of this game.
So /d/ - if I was able to extract the whole script into an easily accessible format, would some kind anons here be able to translate it? I can then put it back into the game and make a release.

Being able to dump the script and then hack it into the game is always the "piece de resistance" for these projects.
If you are able to do that it's just a matter of time someone works on it (let's just hope it's someone who actually knows moon).
One I have always found interesting but nobody knew how to deal with it (as it is a Nitendo DS game) is the Idolm@ster DS game (which does not feature TG but does feature a trap, so close enough) as it is rare for games that can be played on the go to have TG (or close enough) elements in them, barring some notable exception like Darkstalker's Midnight Bliss move (with Darkstalkers eventually getting a PSP port).

All I need for you guys to do is fill in the translation for each line like I've shown in the picture. That file is carefully formatted so my toolset can parse and compile it, so please keep it in that structure.
I reckon we should focus on getting the first chapter done properly, so we can iron out any bugs in the process. For reference, Chapter 2 starts on line 1812 (UID 16713748).
A few things to note:
I've assigned a unique id to each line so I know where it goes back into the game file (that's the number at the start of each line). Please don't mess with these, or any of the command codes (i.e. anything that isn't moon).
Speaking of which, the command codes can give you an idea of when scene changes happen without you needing the game (BGxxx means change background CG, MKouM101u is a character image, etc).
Most importantly though, I'm using semicolon delimiters to parse this file, so don't remove any semicolons you find or I won't be able to recompile it. Also note that this means you cannot use semicolons in your translated text.
Another thing. I haven't yet found a way to change the number of 'scenes', as in, we cannot add in new lines. This is one of the niggles I mentioned earlier, hopefully I can find a solution. But in the meantime, we may need to get creative with editing.

Honestly going on Fakku is the best thing that could've happened for F_TSF. I have read a handful of the series as well, and I dont think I have read any involving twins. Either have them be twins to start with and they either shift into different forms (so now they are no longer twins after the twist), or they both twist but remain twins (say they were looking at the same porn site or whatever together, and while both thinking about it, twist). Then you have the two of them coping/dealing with each other as well as their new genders.
Alternatively you could have two separate unrelated people seeing the same stimulus (best friends perhaps) and they become twins only AFTER the twist. There is one similar to this which I read where the son becomes a copy of the mom due to her blood, but this would be more two non-blood related people becoming identical twins.
In either case is use twins, likely want to have them each have some different but very similar twists.

And actually one other idea that could be extremely interesting, and be great for coming up with worthwhile conflicts/interactions. Is if a bully and the kid being bullied see the same stimulus and shift into twins. Then throw in some kind of mental aspects (common belief of twins feeling each other kind of idea), where they are enemies to start with but since they then have some kind of "twin connection," they become close and possibly think of themselves as actual twins. It would be easiest if one or both of them got a twist that involved like some sort of psy ability, such as telepathy as an easy way to explain the connection. Or they both get "mental/psy" twists, and due to the twist into twins, their twists become twisted (hehe) together. Thereby forming a mental connection where they feel or think whatever the other is feeling. A good final confrontation could be something like the bully gets kidnapped/taken/whatever needs saving. And the kid who was bullied consciously decides to forgive him after their time with their minds connected and that they are very important to them. It would likely be easiest/most obvious to work out if the bully isnt a bad kid but his circumstances really suck at home and he (unfairly) takes it out at school and bullies people since he cant do anything about his home life, and wants some semblance of control over his life since he has none at home. Its just aimed in bad direction.

Even if you choose to do something or nothing legally about their actions, the more vocal you are about them, the more vocal they'll be about you. That's bad. Same thing happened with TSF. Probably not. I don't think I've ever bought a doujin in my life. I've donated to scanlation teams before (might have given a little too much to one particular yuri team but that's besides the point), but that's it.
It's more just people hating on Fakku, and I understand that complaint at least because fakku is not the greatest as a site. If it was some other site, no one would probably care. TSF himself being involved also probably has something to do with it, but that's his hole that he dug, not fakku's.

Here's my DMM library. I usually buy works if I saw them on e-hentai and liked them, but mostly I just lurk the gender bender tag on DMM. I can't read Japanese, but artists won't produce works if they don't sell.
Fakku putting out officially translated gender bender works with good TL and typesetting means that I don't have to pray that someone actually picks up work and does a decent job, because someone's actually doing that.

What can I do to improve FAKKU, for you as potential users? I want to give artists, circles, and publishers a way to distribute their work legitimately around the world. I want them to view the world as their audience instead of just Japan. Because I'm a fan myself and I want to support all these groups. Giving them a safe way to release their work uncensored is even more important and something we try to do with everything we release.
Most of the time that means yeah, you have to pay for it. These are works that artists worked hard on, it's their livelihood. But other times you can read it for free, like right now everything on FAKKU is available to read without paying, give it a try and let me know what you think. And hopefully we'll be able to do more things like that in the future.

Well I'm probably an edge case in this thread, but I'd buy pretty much any translated gender bender manga (usually not rule 63 stuff, original works). Problem is that you don't really have a tag for it that works I think, so I'm not sure if you have anything other than that one F_TSF work. I think you have one DATE book other than that but I don't know what other gender bender content you have.

When you spread it play with the file names so it's even harder for him to find them. Try to add a few random junk images to the .rar so he can't search by hash either when former pirate Jacob sends DMCAs and does the famous hypocritical takedowns he is known for.
