You can buy what is essentially sounding gauge rods places.
Like for example. Im wearing a 12oz weight around my balls to stretch em out, when they lower, I'm going to another another 12, then another 12, etc.

Oh gosh that can be very wordy.
You can start with just a mason jar, some lube and a tube, but its unwieldy and can hurt.
If you really want to give it a shot, use a sun tea jar. Its what I use. It holds a gallon, plent of room for expansion and to get out of. Modify it with a "stj conversion kit" so you can use a hand pump and a rubber gasket seal. Dont go above 5 or 6 Hg of pressure, it can cause some bloody specs on your dick, that heal in about a week. I hear shea butter lotion works really well for aiding in expansion and stretching, I do need to pick some up.
The sac will expand and grow without weights. I just picked some up to accelerate it because i want to get;

But both are a slow process, with weights, you can expect to hand 1 to 2 inches lower each year you wear them. Not sure on pumping gains, just be consistent.

I do all 3. They are all fun for different reasons.
Salines my absolute favorite because of that huge warm mass of flesh you get jiggling around every time you move. It feels amazing.
Pumpings fun when you dont have the time/ability to do saline. You also get residual gains over time.
N20 is great because you can pump up quickly to the size of a fucking melon, have your fun, and then it almost 100% goes away in a few hours. So you dont have to worry like with saline/pumping about going out in public the next day with a huge obvious melon in your pants. Its also fucking amazing because when you pump up really tight, if even fills your dick up like a balloon. You get waaaaaaay bigger with saline. Bigger and fuller than you will ever get with pumping.
Also watch using the dex. I'd stick to just saline. Some people are really sensitive to dextrose since its basically sugar water, and it really fucks with your blood sugar levels.
Ive read on forums some people getting really light headed. Two different dudes Ive read forum posts about described how they used some dextrose and after about an hour blacked out on their beds and had seizures. I dont even fuck with the stuff.
You are supposed to do like mostly saline and then just add a little dextrose, and the dextrose starts drawing even more fluid from your body into the dextrose. Basically makes you keep swelling more after you take the needle out. But fuck that. Id rather be safer and just go straight saline.
I used a 60cc syringe hooked into my IV line when I use Saline, so I dont have to worry about a slow IV drip and can fill up as fast or as slow as I want by manually pushing/pulling the syringe. It also lets me pump up as full as I can go, so I dont need to try adding dextrose to get more swelling since Ill already be maxed out.

Its both, but one happens first.
First your balls swell up to the size of very large chicken eggs. Usually takes about 2 hours. Then after about 3-4 hours your sack starts swelling up. 5-6 hours is where your sack starts swelling up to the size of a large grapefruit, and you can feel your balls inside being even larger than they were earlier. Your dick will actually soak up some fluid too. Your dick wont get bigger, but the skin around your dick will be filled out a bit with fluid.
Gotta remember to take 5min breaks every hour or so. Just let the pressure off and massage the area where the jar/container is sitting on your skin since it will get kind of sore.
Your sack will stay that large for about a day, and slowly shrink back down to normal.
Guys who pump around 1-2 times a week for months or even years are able to get residual gains where their balls almost permanently stay larger, and are able to pump up larger, faster.

Oh, also forgot to add. Drink tons of water. The more water in your system, the easier and faster fluid will be pulled into your sack.
And one of the biggest things to remember, is when you pick out whatever container you want to pump with, make sure that when you are done pumping the opening is big enough to get your huge swollen sack out of.
Alot of people make this mistake on their first time pumping and start freaking out when they cant get themselves out of a mason jar they filled out.
Try to use something that has AT LEAST a 3.5-4" wide opening, and lube yourself up so you can slide out easily. If the openings too wide you'll pull alot of skin around your junk in while pumping, which isnt what you want, and if its too small youll get your fucking balls stuck inside the container.
Sometimes you can apply a bit of pressure to the chamber to help push your balls out of it when you are pulling yourself out of the container.
