Drawn depictions were not considered cp by a district court I believe, I remember it was simpsons porn, but not much else. Even though that precedent only applies to that district, no one else has tried to prosecute it further than that even the wording in a lot of state laws leave drawings in a grey area.

Really the most important thing when it comes to details for me is that, when I write, the sentence needs to convey the image I'm trying to illustrate as quickly as it takes to read it.
If I have a sentence that's too wordy or complex and the flow of the story is broken because I'm imagining someone struggling to picture it in their head, I adjust it accordingly.
If I feel that a picture could be painted more clearly with strategic use of details or descriptors, I flesh it out.
As for dialogue, it's probably best to keep it short when it comes to fap material; the exchange probably flows well when you run it through your head, but it's much harder to effectively convey on paper.

The biggest writing tip I have is to recognize from the very beginning whether or not you are setting out to write smut, or general fiction.
Smut follows the porn formula, brief intro, sexy stuff, break for setting change, new characters, etc, more sexy stuff, repeat until you've exhausted ideas or grown tired of the premise.
Too many of the stories I see start with what appears to be smut and switch to writing a fucking novel. Which leaves the reader fruitlessly pumping their dick for several chapters wondering where the good part is going to come in again. Using Giantess world as an example, every chapter should cover something interesting and actually make me want to read the next chapter.
Outside of that, just go with truth in advertising. I see stuff on Giantessworld that has every tag attached to it, but maybe has like five lines of each thing and is 90% just one of them. If the focus of your story is feet, don't bury the lead in the description with every available tag that kind of sort of applies, make it known it is going to be a foot focused thing to find your core audience and not piss of people looking for all the other things you listed.
Dialogue and details go back to what you are trying to do. Are you building a world for a novella? or laying the ground work for smut? Dialogue will change the most between the two, details are necessary for both. But there are ways to minimize both with storytelling. Instead of having a character say "MC is 8 inches tall" simply write their interactions within the world to where we can figure that out, and of course stay consistent. If you call him a dust speck in one paragraph and then have him use a pencil as a spear in the next, clearly something changed in between.
The best thing you can do is ask for feedback and accept it honestly. That's the real thing most writers suck at.
