They also have brighter, bioluminescent skin markings and highlights, whose color they can change at will. This includes body markings, nipple, genitals, lips and eyes. The translucence of their skin allows you to see up to a few inches inside them. Their hair is made of very fine, thin tendrils that also possess bioluminescense. They never stop growing, and elder Rahnae can have 'hair' down to their feet.
They are hermaphroditic in nature. While they have a fixed skeletal structure, they can change their outer body form at will. They can also change their genitalia at will. They can form mammary glands though they don't have too. They cannot change their skin color however.
Rahnae skin is actually a thick membrane. The outermost layer is loaded with microscopic stingers like a jellyfish. They can control them at will and inject 3 different kinds of neurotoxin; Deadly, Paralytic and Aphrodisiac. Deeper down are vacuoles. These vacuoles allow them to breath through their skin. They also allow underwater breathing.
Because of this they do not talk. Instead they use their powerful nervous system to speak via telepathy. They can also 'speak' to most sentients of sufficient brain power.
They are weak, for reasons to be listed. Other then telepathy, they also have powerful regenerative abilities. In fact if you cut them in half, you will wind up with two very angry clones.

They do not have a centralized brain either. Instead they have a decentralized network of nerve clusters and nodes through the body. This is also how they generate their telepathy.

Alright, I gave it a read. First things first, I don't think that the tragedy tag fits, and it's probably going to turn a lot of people off. Most people (at least here) don't generally like to fap while crying.
On to more important things. First of all, your main character has issues. I understand that he's a runt, but there is a fine line between meek and total pussy. He's unlikably pathetic and surprisingly dense for someone from the poor side of town. You initial description of him was immersion breaking. It needs to be worked into the story with any kind of tact, not just dumped in where you felt it fit. You also should probably give some critical sexual details about the main character, especially since he's not human. I had to reread parts because I thought I just missed the details, but you never even specified what kind of penis he has.
Your grammar and construction is inconsistent. There is a mess of mistakes early on, but it evens out as the story progresses. You might want to look into that. You do, however, often repeat words and phrases in consecutive sentences. This should not be done unless there is no other option. Your word choice and usage is also questionable at times. "Whorehouse maiden" is a contradiction and you misused "yourself" and "herself" literally every single time you used them (at least that I saw).
The story and the other characters seem fine, but it's too early to pass judgment on them. I do, however, question the sanity of anyone running a coal forge on a boat. It's a tremendous fire hazard, and you're floating on wood.
The smut was fine, but too short to really make any criticism on. If anything, I'd say that you should try to focus details and senses.
Without rekindling the argument from before, I would suggest that you switch out of the second person. It has its places, but none of them are here. Second person narration requires a believable protagonist and a knowledge of your target audience.

I have an idea for a pretty horrible thing.
Main theme is unbirth/transformation/TG, but in essence it's about a fantasy setting where a nation is abducting superior candidates (physiologically) and using alchemical/magical processes is transforming them into breeding stock to begin making a stock of powerful soldiers to begin war with. It's meant to be the very beginning of this plan when they abduct a foreigner and subject them to it.
I imagine them being captured and taken off to some old forgotten prison and subjected to preparation of having concoctions forced down their throats, needles injected to them, and various enchantments woven into their fiber. Then they're taken into a deep chamber where they're shoved into the waiting birth canal of a monster.

I think that what a lot of the writers want is more subjective criticism. There's a couple of us who try to give technique-related feedback, but no one ever really says what they think. Even things like "I thought x was hot, but y didn't quite do it for me" would be productive. It's honestly harder, as a writer, to improve at the actual smut than it is to improve as a writer.

Number of problems.
I'm capable in my writing skill but my pacing is an issue. I can't keep myself from filling all the stuff that occurs between point A and point B. My smut writing skills are awful even though I love a lot of fetishes, I can do some buildup but delivering an erotic scene is hard for me.
I also have to invest myself a lot into something to write it, it's difficult for me to keep writing and writing as I usually lose interest and drift away leaving yet another project uncompleted.
And this is still a rough concept. Right now I'd just love to expand it in more working order.

So there's never really any juggling or doing one at a time, I never finish.

Gents, I've a question to ask.
In, say, a story where the cast being non-lethally ravished by some sort of gribbly monster from another dimension is the primary source of smut, how do you make the cast not seem weak and ineffectual if their stated purpose is to fight said gribbly monster?
