Honestly, they were pretty chill about it with me. They didn't really think differently of me for it. It's gotten to a point where I'm just honest about it, but nothing extreme.
Folks are at ease with it, and we mostly laugh a bit about it. A big flip side is a few other friends came to me, saying they liked something akin to it or liked the very same thing. We RP it here and there. I got a girlfriend later, and pretty much just RP with her about it. She wasn't bother at all about it and was super accepting. I've frequented /tg/ a bit. so while I'm all for other people collaborating, I don't want to rely on them. And I've found myself getting bored with projects partway in, so I don't want to feel stuck with it. But I have zero issues with anyone editing it and re-distributing it.
If you want to add your own things, I THINK that this is editable with the free version of RPG Maker VX Ace. Otherwise, the files are unencrypted, so feel free to edit the game sprites if that's your thing. I've run some tests, and there are no errors with taller sprites as long as you're careful with the feet.

No. Haven't toyed with siz rpgmaker games for a long ass time. Last time I did it was on an old computer, and I never had to do anything like that.

I get the just of how this works, it just parses the Japanese text and uses Google's translator. Won't be particularly smooth, but for fapping it'll work. But I don't know why it keeps getting these errors.

flowergirl have 4 different flowers. First 2 u can click double and third click on flower start scene, but in one of the other flower i can click 4 time to trigger the same scene. Maybe there is metod to trigger the scene

First one, a girl jumps and sits on you.
Second is a girl stuffs you in her shorts and bends over.
Third one is she stuffs you in her shorts, then pushes her ass cheeks together.
I've only managed to trigger the third one once.

Hell I only have one hp.
To beat the first school map, you just duck in the first class to get around the teacher with papers.
For the second, larger school map, just hug the wall and if you're detected by the first girl, duck into one of the classes to lose her. Then when she walks past, keep going until the first corner (slightly past the room full of students).
Then just hug the wall and keep running. The girl will find you, but you should have enough time to duck into the first available door in that hallway. The room you duck into is simple to navigate.
You essentially just repeat the process to get to the exit. To avoid detection (as much as you can), make sure you hug the outer walls.
But yeah, you can definitely do it. I made it to the last map with only 1 hp and stamina, and no items. Of course I'm playing mostly blind (as I have no idea how to translate this thing).
