Last August (Or maybe it was September?) when /aco/ was created, there was a mod that was mad with power. He tried to banish a huge percentage of the board to /aco/ simply because he didn't like the art style. Threads that normally had to be bumped several times a day just to stay alive were making it well over 24 hours before even making it to page 10. Hell, the growth thread that had started around the same time lived to 97 freakin' days! If it hadn't hit the bump/image limit, it would have easily surpassed 100 days. I kept it alive almost single handedly by bumping it every ~26 hours for like 3 weeks. Anyway, those that we banished either stayed on /aco/ or left 4chan completely (the went to 8 ch). I never stopped posting whatever the hell I wanted to post, though. We're finally starting to recover.
