The Killing Joke looks like hot garbage, which is a shame because it's such an iconic story and it's got Hamill and Conroy behind it. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity, why did they half-ass the art and animation so badly?

Golden age or no, western animation improved enormously in 2010; the latter half of the 2000's was a disaster barring AtLA.
I'd say the early 2000's was a better time to turn on CN or Nick and just watch what's on, but we have higher peaks.
