That's SH Figuarts.
Along with figma and animu statues figurines, they are short run nerd toys for adults so you need to get them at pre-order, otherwise you'll get scalped both ways from international shipping to jacked up prices.
The goods new is that figma is coming out with their version 2.0.
Figma sold their blanks, but it has anime proportions, not very good for us.
SH Figuarts are better, especially the male "Body-kun" but they sold it for ~50 in Nip land so it becomes like ~70 after a few months overseas.
The better news is that Figma has their new v.2 out (which has much better realistic sculpt) and available for pre-order, and they priced at a decently around ~30.

You know that Manga Studio (Clip studio Paint) already came with all those features bundled free years ago, right?
3D is terrible, you spend 30 minutes truing to tweak a particular hand gesture, and realize it was faster just sketching three times in a row and get it right.
Nothing beat the tactile sensation of having a figure in your hands and fiddling with it yourself and if you are going to invest your time learning a 3D app, learn Maya or Zbrush instead, not a gimped poser by nip jews.

I messed with designdoll (free version, can't load saved files)
Once you get the hang of it it's actually really handy for complex poses, multiple characters overlapping.
Basically, anything that you end up 'stuck' on while sketching and you can't find a good reference image.
Just remember to use it as a springboard, not a crutch.
