none of these concepts are bad but they're all pretty unoriginal and i doubt ppg2016 will do anything remarkable with them
except the last two, those just sound awful

They slowly flew through the sky talking about random shit after the professor's plane crashed and the phone cut off abruptly. They didn't even care, it was just a hassle to go save him.

Remember when the character designs, while simple, were interesting and the thick outlining made the vibrant, contrasting colors really pop and grab your attention instead of using cool tones and soft outlines that just fit in with the shitty flash-animation tunes of our times?I know I sound like a jaded fuck here but I can't help it. Powerpuff Girls is one of my favorite cartoons ever, and they completely butchered it

Nah m8, I think you're misunderstanding where I'm coming from. When I call it liberal I don't just mean in terms of the messages (when there rarely is one in the new PPG) being something too "forward thinking" or whatever I mean it in terms that the new PPG puts across this message that fits the current status quo a lot of toons have which is basically to just be babysitting tools for toddlers instead of what cartoons started as and what they returned to for a while in the 90s-early 2000s.
I've always seen cartoons as being best when they are an untamed expression of whatever the animator's imagination can put out and because of that children are naturally drawn to it more (same with comics) rather than the other way around, where they should be made FOR children so parents who don't have time to watch them because of work or whatever can just turn the TV on but not have to worry that something is "too violent" "too risque" etc and thus avoid feeling guilty about their kid seeing something slightly grown up.
TL;DR One of the things that made the original PPG so great was that it either was more interested in pursuing the full extent of animated wackiness or if it had a moral it didn't talk down to the younger viewers about non-issues but instead actually taught them something about the real world, which the new PPG simply doesn't do

The Powerpuff Girls (2016) S01E22 - Snow Month

Synopsis: A snow day saves Blossom from having to face a boy who's asked her out. After the snow starts melting, Blossom decides to use her ice breath to keep the snow days going. But Townsville is then plunged into eternal winter, complete with monstrous yetis.
I have some hope near to zero (But it's something) that the show might be Ok like Teen Titans Go.
The show was pure utter shit at the begining but then the script became more tolerable in the next seasons.

If this is what the episode is going to be, I just have one question. WHY does this show shamelessly rehash old plots of the classic PPG? This is LITERALLY what happened in the first episode when Blossom got the ice powers, AND in said episode she was sworn not to misuse it ever again. So why is she misusing it AGAIN?
