If i had my way Batman would have fuck all the Gotham Sirens, knocking them up.
So you'd have Talia's kid, Catwoman's kid, Harley Quinn's kid, Poison Ivy's kid, and while all the kids would have a good relationship with Bruce/Batman, Batman himself would be always fighting and bickering with his former bitches.
It would be like a dysfunctional family. Batman would knock all the women he meets. That's how i'd introduce new Robins and Batgirls.

Also, there would be no romance or marriage. I'd do this manly for the humor factor. I find it extremely funny that Batman can't keep it in his pants and have to deal with a bunch of vixen exes making his life a hell.

I can already see Batman working in the Bat-Cave and then out of nowhere Catwoman appears, with a laugh-track playing to acknowledge that she entered the room. Then Selina would start complaining about how she needs more money or else she'll rob him blind.
Then moments later Poison Ivy show up, again a laugh-track play to show her, and Ivy going on complaining to Batman about their daughter and a boy that she's been going out, asking what Batman will do about this or else she'll kill the kid.
And through all this Batman is trying to work a case and going completely frustrated.
I'm a bit high, but think about it. This would be a great show or cartoon.

If I had my way, he'd knock up Harley. Both Catwoman and Joker would get jealous. Catwoman aggressively pursues Batman to get knocked up too, Joker concocting a major plan for revenge. Meanwhile Harley and Ivy skip town, get a house in the burbs, and pester Batman for a child support check every once in awhile.

It's definitely Catwoman. She's never betrayed him like all his other women have, and doesn't judge him for being who he is. Same with Bruce, he is always willing to believe in the best of Selina and is always there for her when everyone else has long given up. She shares his love of the night and can relate to his struggles as a person. She'd never ask him to give up the cowl, just like he'd never ask her to hang up the whip, they realize how important those things are to each other, it's one of the things they have in common.
They're also a good influence on each other, she can get him to open up like nobody else and confront his feelings, as well as showing him how the world isn't always black and white. He is able to convince her that she is capable of far more than she realizes and how to embrace the goodness inside of her instead of running from it. Their vulnerabilities and pain allow them to connect on a far deeper level than they are able to with anyone else. They're both independent and stubborn to extreme degrees, which is one of the reasons why they keep coming back together, because they understand that in each other. To them, the idea of being with someone who you can't control is absolutely thrilling and terrifying, it forces them both to confront their own insecurities, and their relationship has been the catalyst of a lot of positive character development for both Bruce and Selina over the years.
Also the withdrawn rich boy/extroverted street girl dichotomy is adorable, as is how fearless and aggressive she's always been with him and just how much they fascinate one another. Anyone who's read a significant amount of both Batman and Catwoman understands that they're the best scenario endgame for one another.
