It seems pretty obvious that Windblade vol 2 was so shit because it got prematurely cancelled and Scott got 5 issues in which to wrap up every piece of setup for TAAO

Also, i'm enjoying TAAO so far but really only when it's focusing on the combaticons. Ironhide is boring, Starscreams development and personality seems to have gone down the gutter, and Windblade is just a bad character through and through, everything about her is forced.

Reread the first couple of issues of RiD and you can definitely see the difference. His characterization since then has become far more "serious" and far less quirky and flamboyant which is what people liked about Screamer. It was done with intent to resemble his prime counterpart more.

At most it has about 6 decent episodes with a few good scenes
The whole thing though is painful trash with little to enjoy.
The human cast was what made people hate Daniel Witwicky and Wheelie less
The animation got so horrendous at time that the robots would look like people wearing colored boxes
The acting was so flat that everyone sounded like they were talking at a wall
and some how he second series(Energon) was much worse
Cybertron was a step up and was the best in general but again only a handful of episodes were decent or good.
