Call the LCS in question, give them your name, and tell them you'd like to create a pull list or file, whatever they call it.
Essentially, you can add and remove titles from this list and the LCS will order an extra issue of whatever comic you ask for and hold it back in your file/folder/whatever.
You then go in whenever you want and it'll all be there waiting for you, at worst a cashier will ask you what comics you like as they're cashing you out.
