Most people hated the second one, but I actually liked it a lot, not as much as the first one obviously, but I liked how everything looked. Everything after that though was absolute shit.

Crow is tied with Highlander for everything after the first film suck. Though Crow 2 unlike Highlander 2 could have been good but fuckin Miramax had to ruin it. I'd recommend Good Bad Flicks's video on it.
