Anyone have a recommended reading, in graphic novel/omnibus/one book collection form, for either Black Bolt or Cyclops? Understanding they're both part of larger groups, but stories that feature them rather prominently.

Well, there aren't much for the Inhumans but I highly recommend Paul Jenkin's Inhuman. I really love Jae Lee's artwork.

Pretty sure the Johnny stuff is editorial meddling just like beast being around. He basically doesn't exist even in the background unless it is time for a character learn about his relationship with Medusa. Soule clearly put zero effort in their chapters since he couldn't be bothered to show how exactly when they hooked up and just glossed over Crystal being mad.

Not in the Inhumans books but they did in Civil war and that blatantly ignores the fact that only a handful of people know about it. But that is Bendis and Bendis doesn't do continuity and he doesn't like Black Bolt.
