What's action man
Is this another hasbro thing
>>83990224
Yeah, 1960's toy. Part of the Revolution crossover too.
Thanks for reading.I dig it, felt like movie Bond
Have a bump, I remember that 3d cartoon, was weird.
I saw a bunch of reviews were loving this, so I was curious to check it out. Thanks, OP.

GI Joe but English.
Made by Palitoy, who licensed the original GI Joe doll and made a bunch of improvements to it, which Hasbro then stole.
Hasbro later bought Palitoy out, so now they've got both.

>not S.A.F.
Boooo. I want Action Force.
>>83990161
Action Man's back??!
Is he still the greatest hero of them all?
>>83991592
One leg man?
>>83991592
That he is.
Wish they kept that logo.
>>83990182
>x-bots
fuck yeah nigga
>>83992032
>they all have mutton chops
Truly amazing
>>83990226
Saw that coming.
Are they going to do Max Steel too?
>>83990269
>>83990283
Heh.
Hopefully this gets past 6 issues. I'm enjoying it so far.Ian toy when? JoeCon's continuing until 2016...
>>83990161
Does he do the brain blast thing? That was his best feature in the cartoon.
Good start. Like the idea of "Action man is this one brit that works for the crown/goverment".
>>83992053
FUCK I JUST REALIZED.
>>83992053
nigga i still got my fucking x-bot toy somewhere in my basement, good fukin memories
Heh, GI Joe reference.
Hm. Wonder what Dr X will look like. Hopefully like the creepy old guy version from the Mainframe show. "Mr Man..."
>>83992262
I really don't remember him being creepy at all.
>>83990463
Nice G.I. Joe reference.
>>83990161
From the thumbnail I thought his suit had an exposed middriff.
>>83990161
Based
>not reading this
Isn't this going to be in the Hasbro shared universe?
bumping to read.
>>83998877
Yep.
That's why it references Joe Colton's team.
>>83990161
i've never liked the toys
>>83990226
>>83990239
Wait, so this niggadies and gets replaced in his first issue? The fuck?
The prologue art actually looks nice. Why couldn't they have gotten that guy for the full book? Everything after that looks like ass.
My little brother had pretty much every Action Man when he was a nipper, even bought a few issues of the UK magazine - I remember one issue where Action Man had some multi-tool weapon that could be reconfigured into all kinds of combinations. That was the shit.
>>83991773
That IS a sweet logo...
>>84003181
It's a prologue. The story was always going to be about the New Action Man rather than the Original Action Man; they've been talking about it for months.
>>83990518
That was surprisingly good.
Not muh Action Man
>>83990161
Man, I just realised how much Action Man stuff I had as a kid. What a spoiled little brat I was. The fucking Stealth Bomber was the tits though. Wish I'd taken better care of it.
>>83993667
Really? He looked old, had grey skin? Bald? Had no legs, but apparently rolled around on wheels?
So it's kind of James Bond Lite?
>>84004544
I had that as a kid and lost it when I moved homes, I missed it so much.
>>84004744
On the Mainframe show? Wasn't he just a cyborg guy with a mechanical eye?
>>84006014
Eventually. He had two bodies. The first one was voiced by the guy who did Rampage on Beast Wars.
>>83990226
>dat Bowie reference
>>84006206
Please Barber, put at least one Bowie reference in every issue.
