The first Injustice just looked terrible in general. I've been playing MKX a lot recently so I forgot how bad NRS games used to look, but man they looked crappy last gen. 2 looks so much better in every way, the graphics are way better, the facial animations look good, supers and transitions actually have some oomph to them and the lighting and colors are so much brighter.
Seriously Injustice is so fucking drab and grey, it's a terrible look for both a superhero game and a fighting game. All that really needs improvement still in 2 is some stuff on the character models but that stuff improved a lot in MKX before it came out so I'm sure it will all look good in the end.

Flashback to year 1, Bart (Kid Flash) and Beast Boy got murdered by the nuke in Metropolis, then Superboy went to shit on Clark for killing Joker and then the rest of the titans (Wonder Girl, Tim, and Starfire I think) showed up at the Fortress of Solitude to help Connor fight Superman.
Supes nearly killed Connor, said the only way to save him was to dump in the Phantom Zone and that he would only do it if the rest of the Titans went in too, and they agreed.
So Tim is in the Phantom Zone, and Jason has not been mentioned as far as I know
