I for one, am looking forward to Bruce harem to double in size, so far it's only been Selina and Silver, the latter of which hasn't even appeared since the first half of S2. With Ivy and Vicki, we'll get more meaningful interactions between Bruce and other characters again.

That's because it's high quality self aware shlock.
So it is perfectly possible to watch one or two episodes, conclude that it's basically shlock, and dismiss it. But in doing so you're writing off some of the best X-ploitation shlock that's ever been on television. Every single episode has an "ahahaha they didn't really HOLY SHIT THEY DID" type moment, and those can be very appealing.
Give it another shot with season 2. It is bad. But not in a "bad" way or in a "so bad it's good" kind of way. No, it's more like they decided their genre was "bad noir shit" and then made it their mission to be the best bad noir shit that has ever existed. And holy shit if you accept it for what it is (a shock gallows humour copsploitation serial whose main character is a city) then you're gonna have a good time.

That's a pretty good summation. Gotham/NYC is really the star of the show, and my favorite thing about it is how they bring the "Dark Deco" vibe from B:TAS into real life.
