while no one has given any proof of an 11 minute time code set for each episode. the slapstick style humor that the thread creator has in the video link would indicate something more akin to teen Titans go in my opinion.
since I have not seen the video previously I am assuming it is a new video and not something that is months old . if it is months old I would say that's just promotional animation. if it is new I would say it's either promotional and subject to change, prototype/pitch animation originally made for network execs to green light a new series and thus likely to change, or it's real in which case I hope Gwen is sexy and sassy then because she may save the series from certain doom.
