Classpects have as much to do with your role in the story as they do with your power set. In order to make the system work in an actual game you'd need to invent a lot of stuff whole cloth and twist the canon a bit.

It's similar to Blood in that it's a fluid that's part of someone's body (at least at one point). To piss is to actively dispel urine from one's system, and pissing happens after drinking a fluid. It could be something like an anti-Blood aspect, where Blood is bonds and Piss would be negative bonds, or bonds that don't contribute to friendship, but rather rivalry or hatred. It could even be the active separation of bonds, or a lack of bonds.
A Heir invites manipulation of an Aspect, or manipulation through an Aspect. So a Heir of Piss could manipulate someone via their piss, or through their lack of bonds or bonds associated with negative emotions.
They could make them piss endlessly until their fluids drain from their system and kill them. Or they could become piss, in varying levels of dilution, messing with the water supply or drowning their enemies. The same shit happens because Vriska's character wasn't relevant to any of it, it was a hamfisted solution to rush everything to fraudulent resolutions as quickly as possible and get the comic ending over with. Vriska reviving FIXING problems on the meteor was like watching Hussie use a hammer on a children's playset to fit the star-shaped peg through the triangle slot. And at the end of it Eridan won't be acting like Eridan whether that's good or bad to you.
