Most streaming sites are actually a pass-through site that links to a variety of file-upload sites that actually host the pirated content.
The stream site dodges getting shut down by never actually hosting the pirated content, just linking/embedding it.
The hosting site doges getting shut down by having plausible deniability, since they have legitimate file hosting purposes and it's users uploading pirated videos, and responding to DMCA notices when someone does care.
But like a hydra, people can just make more accounts and upload more mirrors on the dozens of video hosting sites out there. uploading more videos as fast as they get taken down.

Switch to running the show in HTML5 and load the movie. They have a button that you can click on if the movie is not loading that takes you to a new page with only the video and no ads. Yes HTML5 doesn't have the best quality compared to flash but it works with almost any adblocker, even crappy Adblock Plus.
