It's a pretty shitty webcomic with no focus because she cares more about drawing porn than making a decent story for her "main" site which is full of pseudo-intellectual bullshit when it's not ripping off of everything she happens to like at the time.
She's dropped several storylines because she's lost interest in them and continues to make new ones she never intends to finish, she spends more effort on her porn comics and it shows.
All of the characters are the same, they all act and talk the same and they are all her self inserts and they are always yelling and shoving shit down their throats because they're furries and she likes to constantly remind everyone (especially her teenage followers) that she makes furry porn too.
Her brush settings are so basic and easy to use that she kept them under lock and key for years and would get furious when asked.

Start of Floraverse was good. Kinda sucky now though. No focus.

One thing I really don't like about the comics I did force myself to read is that she constantly uses the same fucking colors all the time. I think the first comic of Floraverse I saw was some rape porn of an elephant and some cat or cats and it was just this really bright pink the entire time and maybe semen white and a purple here or there. Anything else about Floraverse that's not just straight up porn I don't even really know of other than its on Hiveworks. She's using a creative commons licence for her webcomic so that she can use ideas and characters from fancreations, she just calls it a community project just like how she called PMD-E a community even though everyone knew she was 'the boss' that no one could disagree with or else you were kicked out or worse, got slandered and had her drama follow you for years.
She has underpaid artists for drawings of her characters for a zine, said she couldn't afford to pay them more than 20 bucks a drawing and then went to Japan and sold the zine at a con.

The more you can push your own vision, the more the end product will look like your vision.
Strong personality and ego help pushing your vision.
In creative fields you will have everyone telling you what to do and what is good and what is bad, bosses, peers, fans, everyone.
But with art there aren't really objective truths that they can push on you, so what they can push on you is their own vision of your subject.
And most of the time they are complete and utter morons and their vision reflects that.
Bosses come in with their trend analytics and say this needs to be more like Minecraft, then the local Dodson and Tim Buckley swoop in and clobber you with their fists of ham and paintbucket and the fans... Are fans, they might've never even touched a creative instrument but they know Kubrick should have had HAL jump into a robotic body and there should have been big guns and fountains of blood and one-liners.
You need to be able to dismiss other people's ideas, stick to your own guns. They are people who really want to be part of artistic endeavors, who doesn't? But they are just miserable at it.
You will need to be able to say no to them, which crushes their souls, or makes them pull out spreadsheets of lost profits and you will still need to be able to say no.
You need that ego or they will walk all over you and your vision will be reduced to something just like everything else mass produced, shit with too many cooks or cringy pandering pig slop.
Obviously the larger your ego is the easier it will be to push others aside and keep your vision yours.
And over time, and with this shit repeating endlessly, it's easy to just let yourself lose control of your ego, become a cunt and be blind to the actual good usable advice coming from bosses, talented peers and fans that actually know their shit.

PK at the height of her capability as an artist was one of the most recognizable Pokemon artists around Tumblr and she used to pump out work after work - that alone was guaranteed to earn her a vast following of people who would then follow PK right into hell because they didn't know better.
