Ollie can have money and power. But I think that when he's too sectioned off from everyday people and everyday problems, he loses what makes him unique.
Admittedly, that doesn't always need to be the case. Lemire and Sorrentino's run pointed in a new direction -- although admittedly, they were hitting it out of the park with every single issue. And also, a lot of their run worked because they asked the essential question of "why is Ollie the best archer?" Asking that and then tying it into a big overarching mystery with clan wars was perfect.
