Saitama is pretty boned against anyone intangible or who can warp him into another dimension without ever coming close to him, his one punch is useless in those situations.
Hell with how bored he is of being overpowered alot of people could get rid of him in that manner while right in his face and he wouldn't do react to stop them because of how unphased he is since nothing has been able to hurt him for so long. His apathy is an actual weakness you could exploit in many situations.
