Dream Cross over? Sara learns that Laurel is dead and decides to travel back in time to save her. Rip Hunter talks her out of it because time shenanigans. Barry, being around for some reason, chimes in and says "Well we know there are multiple earths, why don't we go and get Laurel from a different earth?". So the gang bands together to travel to Supergirls earth to find their Laurel and enlist her to become to new Black Canary.
Meanwhile back on Earth 1 Felicity is suffocated and dies in what doctors describe as the furthest anyone has every been up their own ass.

The Legends discover Barry is the founder of the Time Masters when a surviving member of the Time Council retreats to 2017 in an attempt to make contact with Barry. The Legends, recruited and aided by the Justice Society, take action to ensure Barry is not corrupted by the Time Council.
Once JSA and Legends make contact with Barry he is reluctant to believe he is the founder of the crooked Time Council, and so Ray recruits Oliver to the cause and the team approached Barry once more. Being convinced by his mentor Green Arrow - Barry, Arrow, and the Legends/JSA travel through time, space, and dimensions in an attempt to capture the rouge Time Master.
Along their journey they run into Kara on Earth SJW, who joins up because her inter-dimensional friend The Flash asks for her assistance in catching the Time Master.
Once they corner the Time Master at the vanishing point, Ray and Barry work together to create Gideon, an AI bot that is uploaded to the Time Master's ship to override the ship's AI bot and allow Rip to control the Time Master's ship remotely.
