Thoughts on the two franchises that saved and relaunched the superhero movie genre?
Both are good.
First movie was good, second were great, third were, terrible
I liked batman 1989 and superman 1978 too.

Those are not Blade 2. They are great movies though.
I like X2 when I'm in the mood but it's sooo fucking long.
I've tried going back to Spiderman but it seems I got too used to the MCU's movie structure.
1 and 2 feel so fucking fast paced, and then they slow down to a crawl, and they're so cheesy at times.

iron man and batman begins saved comic book movies. x2 and spiderman are like shitty precursors to better movies.

Wasn´t that the one with Reeve? I don´t watch that many movies. Not even cult classics.

Both are good. Sure they had their down times, but surprisingly Spidey 3, while messy, still told a very coherent story. X-Men may have had a lot of hiccups but considering recent entries like Deadpool and the new X-Men timeline, it's still going strong.
9/11 is what saved superhero movies.

X2 is legit good and still holds up on re-watches.
Spider-Man 2 is still one of the best comic book movies ever made desul
