Actually it's a hilarious edgefest.
Until the last act when it legitimately goes over the line and the edginess actuslly works to make a captivating and depressing horror story about child abuse.

The tl;Dr of the movie is that it's an anthology with three parts.
The first is a fucking crazy funny edgefest with a Satan dog telling a kid to do some messed up stuff.
The second is basically grim dark psycho auto with creepy clasky csupo people, and the third act is a freaks how kid falls in love with a child prostitute. It's actually pretty good but it's depressing as shit.
