I don't hate Bordertown. The first few episodes were a miss, but it is getting better. I live in a Californian town with a lot of Mexicans in it, so a lot of the jokes relate to me. A lot of the jokes are funny, and Bud and Ernesto are funny characters.

I'm pretty indifferent about it. It's got a few chuckles out of me, but if it gets cancelled, I won't be upset.

It's funny but it's hardly groundbreaking.
First impressions are right, aside from some surreal and dark jokes it's just another copy and paste animated family sitcom based on the MacFarlane formula.

This show isn't a liberal show where whites are bad and Mexicans are good. It depicts both whites and Mexicans as jerks, buffoons, and assholes.

This is like every single show on television everywhere
You don't actually watch TV do you?
You'll see something like Broad City and say "ugh, liberal filth" without realizing that everyone in comedy shows are awful jerks whose lives revolve around them getting comeuppance for being a jerk, whether it's "liberal" or "conservative"

You keep describing the show in a way that makes it seem like the things that the show represent are actually good
They aren't, this show is not brave or daring or even needed
They are trite and old hat and the reason this show is cancelled is because it's unfunny and boring
