Agreed on ATHF, Sealab, Harvey Birdman, and Moral Orel. Venture Bros. and the Boondocks were a little bit too polished and safe. I'm probably in the minority but I'd add Xavier to the list. I also liked 12 oz. mouse, even though it seems to be hated by everyone

12 oz. and Xavier were both great, neither of them received much recognition because of how inaccessible they were to the average person though. You had to be one of those types who watched AS until it got weird late at night to even know they existed.
